In-Person Therapy support group for relationship issues

In-person therapy support groups

Group therapy offers something unique that individual therapy alone cannot: the power of shared experience, comradery, and human connection. In a safe, private setting, you’ll be with others who understand you and what you’re going through—and learn to relate in new more connecting, vulnerable ways.

With over 25 years of experience as a Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist, I lead in-person groups that are insightful, supportive, and deeply connecting. Whether you’re struggling with social anxiety, relationship issues, or simply feeling disconnected, group therapy helps you feel more seen, understood, and supported—while building real-life connection skills.

What Happens Next?

If we both feel like it’s a good match, we’ll schedule your first individual session or first screening/preparation session for group at a time that work for you.
